1. How do you provide tutoring?
Phone and Interactive tools are used for Java Tutoring. You choose an hour of the day during which the classes will take place. Tutor helps the student to download and install the development software, if required. Installation is less than 5 minutes. Nothing else is required to be pre-installed. Both the student and tutor log in into interactive tools at the said time. A phone call is initiated between the student and the tutor. They bring up the development software on their respective machines. And the class begins.

2. How is the tutor’s qualification and English?
CEO of the company is 10 years experienced in IT, 8 years in Java with 6 years in USA. He will make sure tutors are technically qualified, trained to teach and can understand/talk in good English. If you want to be sure, take a live demo class. Upon special request he can himself teach.

3. What are the hours of your service?
Please look at the timing under "Courses & Pricing" menu item to choose an hour of the day you prefer. Give us a call to fix up an available timeslot.

4. What are the system requirements?
Minimum of Pentium and 512MB RAM is required.

5.How can I make payments?
We accept all major credit cards via PayPal. You don’t need to have a PayPal account to add funds.
